  Please read the regulations carefully before you book. If you do not agree with any of the rules and/or you are not ready to follow the regulations, we will not be able to accommodate you. In case of violation of the regulations, the Administrator reserves the right to undertake appropriate actions, including the refusal of accommodation, removing a person from the facility premises and/or any other steps necessary to secure peace and order within the facility.

§ 1

‘Kamień & Sowa’ facility is intended to be used by persons aged 12 or older only. In order to secure peace and comfort of our guests we do not accept any reservations or accommodation for children under 12. The Administrator has the right to ask for a document confirming the age of a child.

Conditions of the stay for children and persons above 12.

Stay fee: children over 12 are treated as full-fledged guests which means that they need to pay the full fee, like adults.

Room type: If children aged 12 or older are included in the reservation, it is required to choose the appropriate type of room/suite which can accommodate an additional person. This may mean that it will be necessary to book a double room/suite or a bigger one.

Parents and/or legal guardians take full responsibility for minors aged 12 to 18.

Rules of conduct: Children aged 12 or older are obliged to follow the same rules concerning their behavior and use of the facilities as adults. They are required to abide by the regulations of the facility.

Restrictions concerning access to some facilities: Some facilities, like the swimming pool, sauna or relaxation zones can be used by children only when supervised by their legal guardians.

§ 2

Failure to abide by the conditions of § 1 may result in the refusal of accommodation without refund.

§ 3

The check-in time is  2 pm, and check-out time is  11 am.

§ 4

Check-in and payment formalities must be completed on the day of arrival at the latest. It is necessary to present an identitydocument when checking in.

§ 5

In order to secure proper stay conditions the lights-out period (quiet hours) is scheduled from 10 pm to 6 am.

§ 6

Guests receive a set of keys for their use. The keys must be returned on the day of departure. If the keys are lost, the guests are required to pay a fine of 50 PLN.

§ 7

Smoking is prohibited in the facility. In case of breaking the prohibition, persons responsible may be fined with a ticket of 1,500 PLN per each instance of breaking the prohibition. At the same time, the Administrator has the right to claim a compensation from the guests if the  cost of the damage is higher than the amount of the fine.

§ 8

In order to secure safety, any  devices in bad condition need to be reported to the Administrator immediately. 

§ 9

It is prohibited to use guests’ personal devices with the power consumption higher than 500 W within the facility premises.  Overload may result in power outage.

§ 10

Parking places for guests are free of charge, they are not guarded but they are monitored and located in a closed area. The Administrator cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of the car or any other vehicle belonging to the guests and any objects left at parking places.

§ 11

Places of general admission within the facility are monitored and recorded by video surveillance. The footage is appropriately secured to protect it from unauthorized access. When entering the facility, guests automatically agree to having their images recorded. Video surveillance is used to improve the guests’ safety; if necessary, it may serve as evidence of guests behavior or an offence.

§ 12

In order to avoid misunderstanding, the Administrator must be informed about any cases of inviting any third parties. Such parties – invited by guests – are required to leave the facility by 10 pm.

§ 13

We do not accept animals/pets. If a guest attempts to bring an animal/pet with them, we will be forced to refuse accommodation without the right to a refund.

§ 14

Guests are responsible for keeping their room/suite tidy during their stay.

§ 15

Guests are responsible (also financially) for any damage to any items, equipment and technical devices which occurred due to the guests’ activity or the activity of persons for whom the guests are responsible.

§ 16

The Administrator is not responsible for the guests’ property. Every time a guest leaves the facility, they are required to properly secure their room/suite in order to prevent third parties from accessing it. While guests are not present in their room/suite the windows and doors must remain locked, the light must be switched off, taps must be turned off and any electrical devices must be switched off.

§ 17

Personal belongings of guests which are left behind in the facility by departing guests will be sent back at the guest’s expense to the address provided by them. If such arrangements are not stated, the Administrator will keep such belongings for the period of three months.

§ 18

In matters not regulated by the Regulations, provisions of applicable Polish law shall apply, provisions of the Civil Code and the Criminal Code in particular.

  § 19

Before making a reservation, the guest agrees to read the regulations and fully accepts it. The guest confirms that they have read and understood the conditions included in the facility regulations and that they accept them. The acceptance of the regulations comes into force when making the reservation and serves as a basis for the conclusion of the contract between the guest and the facility.
